As the dramatically developed of economic over the decade in China, the conventional energy has been seriously shortened, and the prize of the fuel is rising rapidly, but at the same time the exhausting criterion of the contamination is gradually increasing, which has brought in the potential of recycling waste heat. In some fields referring to the kiln such as Iron and Steel industries, there has been emerging various advanced technologies in Sintering waste heat generation. However, concerning how to reasonably adopt in the process is the key to improve the level of waste heat utilization. In this article, it mainly analyzes the characteristics of the Sintering waste heat generation and its demands for the waste heat resouce, as well as the four programs in detail, for instance flash evaporation process flow, double pressing process flow, without complementary combustion system and with complementary combustion system process flow. Against the 360m2 sintering machine in AnGang, it is respectively applied for the above four programs, making the calculating comparison and thermo-economic analysis, so that the excellent program can be obtained.
