In a heart activity cycle including heart pacing point,auricle,ventricle sustained activity,electrocardiogram obtained the activity by ECG electrode from the surface of human skin(called ECG).Electrocardiogram is an important indicators about heart physiological information.We can acquire the Working status of the heart by ECG monitoring and identification,then estimate the patient's heart disease . It is significant in family health nursing and clinical heart disease diagnoses. There are two kinds of ECG monitoring equipment at present :immovable and portable device,the immovable device usually used in hospital . However currently the portable ECG monitoring and analysis system has some shortcoming in comfortable aspect.For this questions,The design is raised in the study of the portable ECG monitoring of the basic principles and related technologies, based on the self-made conductive fabric electrodes and large amount of data stored in ECG monitoring system.Discuss the characteristics between conductive fabric electrode and Ag / Agcl electrode ,establish approximate mathematical model between the conductive fabric electrode and body,enable the mass storage by SD card and FAT16 file system.The main tasks of the design are summarized as following :1. Completed the large amount of ECG data storage system based on SD card and FAT16 file system by Hardware/Software Co-Design.The system takes MSP430F149 MCU as the core,that communicate with SD card by SPI bus,using command-answer mode work ,save data by external memory of SD card ,successfully achieve long time ECG data storage.2. Maked wearable ECG Electrode based on conductive fabric.Traditional hospital ECG monitoring often use Ag / Agcl ECG electrode,this kinds of ECG electrode contact with skin by conductive adhesive,this mode hampers the skin's respiration. The patient wearing a long time will be very uncomfortable ,sometimes, in severe cases some skin diseases perhaps occur.Using direct-contact measurement by the electrode made by Ag-plated conductive fabric , the problems don't occur .3. The design of ECG measurement life shirt. the current wearable ECG measurement system is not comfortable and convenient.On the basis of analysis of wearable devices in the indoor and outdoor,according to the current actual situation, put forward the removable electrode design.4,The algorithm transplant based on Dynamic Link Library technology (COM technology).the ECG signal is relatively weak physiological signals,the ECG signal show the diversity of complex as dynamic changes of the body.Matlab simulation software is an excellent tool for algorithm development, data analysis, numerical calculation.The ECG signal processing and recognition algorithms based on the Matlab can be transplanted to VB platform by Matlab built-in Dynamic Link Library technique(COM technology),the aim is to improve the efficiency and convenience of data processing.5,System has been tested.Contrasted experimental results between the general Ag / Agcl ECG electrode and self-made conductive fabric electrode,tested system storage capacity about SD card and FAT16 file system,tested the algorithm transplant between the Matlab platform and VB platform,validated the system design is feasible.
