At present, Optimal dispatch of feeding reservoir(s) plays a very important role in water resources development, utilization and management, has become a modern hydrology and decision-making hotspots research in this field.The available optimization techniques have different characteristics in solving the problem in optimal dispatch of feeding reservoir (s), but there are certain limitations, to do this, it need to have a study on the basis of the results continue to improve, enhance and explore new methods for solving. Summarising the previous research in related fields, the reservoir (s) Optimal dispatch theory was discussed in-depth in this thesis, for the study area reservoirs of its own characteristics, using Particle Swarm Optimization algorithms and The Progressive Optimality Arithmetic to establish a deterministic optimal operation joint water supply reservoir group of mathematical model and solve. Results show that the Particle Swarm Optimization can get high performance optimization results, lead to a better play to the reservoir group benefits, scientific and feasible. In General on the following aspects of exploration and research:1. A comprehensive analysis on the status of water resources development, explains developing reservoir (s) optimization of necessity, and analyses of domestic and foreign reservoir (s) optimization.2. According to the need of the study establish two types of scheduling model, that is, a single water supply reservoir optimal operation model and reservoir (s) joint water supply optimal operation model. Respectively introduced in recent years three of the more popular reservoir model calculation method, a long series of method, The Progressive Optimality Arithmetic, Particle Swarm Optimization, describes basic principles as well as the solution process.3.Take Lubu-lianghui,Siminghu-moushanhu reservoir in Zhejiang province Yuyao city as an example background, Using the proposed algorithm for solving, the results were analyzed and compared. Calculation results show that the use of hybrid optimization algorithm in multi-reservoir optimal operation can to a certain extent, to improve water use efficiency, with strong usability.Finally on the paper's main achievements were summarized, and further study of the matter in the future was discussed.
