With the shortage of petroleum, the reserves for national strategic become more and more important. As a superior performance method underground water-sealed rock storage caverns must be common application in future. The excavation of large-scale underground rock storage caverns will be effect underground stress field. Researching and monitoring the stress and displacement of the caverns is very important during excavation. The stress and displacement of rock mass will impact the safety of workers and the stability of whole underground rock caverns. The large-scale underground oil storage caverns has been developed about 100 years and have mature technology. But it just started 30 years ago and just has 4 sites in China. There is a lot of hard granite and ignimbrite in the southeast of china, it's very convince to built large-scale underground oil storage caverns.Base on one underground water-sealed oil storage caverns, the distribution problem of stress field and displacement field of static force and respond of velocity, displacement and stress on the blasting seismic wave by the method of numerical simulation software FLAC3D. Some research results are obtained as followed:(1) Analysis and optimize the method of excavation underground water-sealed oil storage caverns, by means of surrounding rock ofâ… andâ…¡class stress field, displace field, and the change of stress and displace in key-point to estimate and optimize the method of excavation.(2) Use simplify triangle impact load to simulate the impact load of crush area when blasting, then analysis the affection by blasting. Distributions of particle velocity respond, displacement respond and stress respond in surrounding rock.(3) Comprehensive analysis on the static stress and dynamic load, find out the instability points, and predict failure mode.
