Multi-ribbed composite wall structure is a new energy-saving building structure system. It has already come into a important stage in theoretical research and application result, achieving good economic and social benefits significantly. In addiction, it has had a very good application. Multi-ribbed composite wall is the main force component of the structure system and generally filled with lightweight concrete blocks, has lots of performance like envelope, loading, insulation and etc.It is also an ideal new energy-saving wall.With the increasing application of the Multi-ribbed structure system, the research on the wall filled material, which will be adapted to the different weather and economics in the different regions of China, is especially important.In this situation, this paper has done research in the following areas:1. Conducting with four compressive strength tests which is about the compressive strength of the different mixture of ceramic concrete cube and prism, this paper probe into the compressive strength of ceramic concrete cube, the compressive strength relationship between the cube ones and the prism ones and the axial compressive damage and failure mode. The research is show that the ceramic concrete compressive strength and bulk density is influenced by ceramic content.What's more, this paper has calculated the ceramic concrete poisson ratio, elastic modulus. Besides, this paper achieved the uniaxial compressive stress-strain curves of the ceramic concrete and its equation, which is the ceramic concrete constitutive model.2. With four compressive strength tests of the compressive strength of the different mixture of the EPS concrete cube and prism, this paper research into the compressive strength of the EPS concrete cube, the compressive strength relationship between the cube ones and the prism ones and the axial compressive damage and failure mode. In addiction, this paper have find that the EPS concrete compressive strength and bulk density is influenced by the sand percentage.What's more, this paper has calculated the EPS concrete's poisson ratio, elastic modulus. Besides, this paper achieved the uniaxial compressive stress-strain curves of EPS concrete and its equation, which is ceramic concrete constitutive model.3.Furthermore, the numerical model of ANSYS finite element analysis is established to analyze the Multi-ribbed composite wall filled with ceramic concrete and EPS concrete.This paper compare the loading and displacement mechanism between the ceramic concrete Multi-ribbed wall and the EPS concrete Multi-ribbed wall and has researched into the affect of the elastic modulus of the block on the Multi-ribbed composite wall of lateral stiffness and study the effects of the strength of the lightweight aggregate block on the performance of multi-ribbed composite wall.What's more this paper has discussed that the sand percentage changes in ceramic concrete would affect ceramic concrete Multi-ribbed composite wall's performance, explored the affection of different sand rate in the EPS concrete block on the wall's performance.
