Because of the vehicle in our country have already realizd rolling bearing, the resistance of starting and strike frictional decreased significantly. Current Railway Technology Management Regulation define:if the station must be constructed on the ramp, the slope should not exceed 1‰. But at present, the slope of many railway lines exceed 1‰, and not easy to reform. With vast territory and changeable terrain feature and climate change in our country, the southeast coastal area is the typhoon high incidence rate area, brought large hidden danger to current safety operation of train; the abnormal climate with xinjiang and part of tibet formed several tuyeres in special areas. In this strong wind areas, coach and lorry and locomotive which stay on marshalling station or station or garage or various special line sometimes will run and bring about great railway economic loss and casualties, because of the influence of external conditions such as overlimit slope or wind force or shock and so on. Therefore make research on anti-running safety of stoped train in strong wind has very important meaning for ensure safety of railway transportation.This paper start from reality of anti-running and systematically analyzed the main cause of train running, fully reference to present research results, using systematic view and analogical method, comprehensively introduces several anti-running equipments. By constructing force model of train in strong wind areas, analyze demanded brake power for different slopes and calculate the critical condition of train which stopped on the ramp, then proposed concrete requirements of anti-running equipment and method, finally made practical example and research for designing station profile of Hainan east loop line. The major research contents and results include several aspects below:1. Systematically studied the reality of anti-running of stopped train and introduced definition and formalization of train tunning, and then from mechanical view explained its producing principle. By introducing typical accidents recent years expounded the serious harmfulness, and detailed analysesed several main reasons to train running.2. Using correlation theory of train aerodynamics and constructing force model of train in strong wind areas, selected P64GK covered wagon,G17tank train,C64 open wagon and YZ25G coach this four representative vehicle type, carried out force analysis of different conditions, proposed selection standard of anti-running equipment and index and designed the anti-running project.3. Based on current designing standard requirement and comprehensively considered the train anti-running requirements, using the research conclusions to optimized the designing of station site, proposed designing of curve,slope and length of the station site. Research on mading reasonable combination model of station in strong wind and made practical example and research for designing station profile of Hainan east loop line.This paper implemented qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, also realized the method combined system and local, embodied the theory with practice rule. The research conclusion possesses great guiding significance for optimization of designing station site in strong wind areas and choosing safe and reliable also economically feasible anti-running equipment for local conditions, thereupon ensures the safety of stopped train in strong wind areas.
