Communication Based Train Control(CBTC) system is the trend of urban rail transportation in the future, which is used for transmitting information of train control and train state though bidirectional digital communication of train-wayside continuously.Automatic Train Supervision(ATS) is a subsystem of Automatic Train Control(ATC) which is used for urban rail transportation, ATS cooperates with Automatic Train Protection(ATP) and Automatin Train Operation(ATO) to accomplish automated management and entire automated train dispatching control of high density urban rail transportation signal system.Railway layout is the most important display interface of ATS,it canreal-time display train's running status.Because of the continuity of the CBTC train communication,ATS that based on CBTC provides a richer means of information representation and query method.it can use "Edge+Offset"method to express train's position in the ATS system. We call this line describe method directed graph describe method, it is necessary to transform related line date in the traditional process of fixed-block system transform to the moving block system. Author of this paper combine ATS layout research in CBTC project and after read many related literature, design and construct data that used in the ATS layout. This paper briefly introduced system structure of CBTC and ATS at first, then this paper researched and constructed line topology structure of ATS by using the related theory of binary tree combining with characteristic of urban rail transportation, at last, this paper transform every piece of directed graph structure that obtained by communication to directed graph that correspond to original data structure, test shows that this structure can satisfy the needs of system simulation very well.
