The durability of concrete has been the hot issue of the current structural engineering. The neglecting of the issue has led great financial losses and negative effects on the whole society because the lost of concrete durability and it does not function any more after they are put into tens years and sometimes even just for several years. There are several factors which are destructive to the durability of concrete. The basic reason is the steel corrosion which mainly results from chloride ingress. Therefore, it is of great significance to carry out the research of the durability of concrete in the chloride environment. The paper narrates the important of the durability of concrete in brief and introduces the method of improving the durability of mid-low strength concrete in detail. The mechanics (cube crushing strength) and the chlorine ion permeation (RCM) can been improving by mixing nano-composite silica fume and zeolite ash. Draw a conclusion about a feasible mix proportion and admixture technique of nano-composite mineral additive concrete by the alternate design method and orthogonal design method of consumptions, single addition, double addition, ages:the durability is improving faster by high single addition than by low single addition; more obvious by double addition than single addition.
