In recent years, the use of CFRP reinforced concrete structures become hot, many scholars at home and abroad do a lot of research in this reinforcement method, but most studies of CFRP strengthened concrete columns focus on the short concrete columns, and the research of the long column stability was rarely carried out. Therefore, understanding the larger slenderness CFRP confined reinforced concrete columns of the mechanical properties, to carry out the stability of the research is very important.In this paper, the slenderness ratio(l/d) 3-14 of 6 for the outsourcing of CFRP cloth reinforced concrete circular columns reinforced with 6 not covered with cloth CFRP reinforcement of reinforced concrete columns in the axis, of circular Contrast compression experiment, the slenderness ratio on the stability capacity. The results showed that: Reinforced concrete columns reinforced with CFRP outsourcing can effectively improve the stability and capacity, but with the slenderness ratio increases, the increase rate decreases; the slenderness ratio (L/ D) under the same circumstances, CFRP wrapped concrete columns reinforced in the stability coefficient than ordinary reinforced concrete column is small, the reason is that outsourcing can improve the way CFRP cloth binding strength concrete columns, but can not increase its bending stiffness.According to the experimental data, obtained CFRP reinforced concrete columns cloth binding stability factor and slenderness ratio curves for engineering designers.
