Carbonation is the durability of concrete structure damage caused by more common factors that exist at home and abroad result in structural durability due to carbonation of the phenomenon of severe degradation. Steel fiber reinforced concrete structure in service of environmental conditions are relatively poor, these projects are mostly important national social and economic infrastructure, its security work for the sustainable development of society has a very important role. Therefore, the study of steel fiber reinforced concrete carbonation, not only for steel fiber reinforced concrete durability design and assessment of the theoretical basis, but also has significant economic and social benefits.This combination of engineering practice through the steel fiber concrete carbonation on the experimental study, select the load device, simulated CO2 corrosion environment of the water-cement ratio (0.35,0.45,0.55), steel fiber content (0%,0.5% 1.0%,1.5%,2.0%) and bending stress levels (0,0.3,0.5.0.8) other steel fiber concrete carbonation depth of analysis of steel fiber on the Modification of Concrete Carbonation, made of steel fiber reinforced concrete carbonation of bending stress influence coefficient formula.To mercury testing and SEM microscopic image analysis to study the pore size distribution of steel fiber reinforced concrete features, discuss the performance of microstructure on the impact of carbonation.The results show that the microstructure of steel fiber concrete effect of significantly modified, steel fibers in concrete cross-shuttle, the formation of network structure, passivation of the concrete due to internal defects in the formation of the crack tip stress concentration, effective in retarding the rate of concrete carbonation.
