The concrete filled stainless steel tube(CFSST) as a kind of new structure form, is the innovation of concrete filled steel tube. But the research and application of CFSST still do not have relevant specification can be consulted. According to architectural environment conditions, the CFSST has expansive application space and most economic benefits.In this paper, based on the experimental research for CFSST stub columns, the calculation method of bearing capacity of CFSST columns was studied. A finite element model of numerical analysis was established by Ansys10.0. The parameters analysis of influence factors on bearing capacity of columns have been done. Then, recommended formulas suitable for CFSST columns' bearing capacity calculation have been given.
