| Rock anchor is used in the underground workshop's crane's bridge of La Xi Wa hydropower station. There are 12 gears in single side of the bridge and the biggest gear pressure is 800kN. The underground workshop is suited in high-geostress area and its excavation has a direct bearing on the formation of rock stage of rock anchor crane's bridge; and safety and stability of rock anchor bridge directly has to do with project's security,progress,investment and so on.As a result, launching the anchor fixup plan and its stability study of rock Anchor Bridge in La Xi Wa underground workshop is of significance to safe operation of rock anchor bridge. Major research achievements are as follows:1.Analyze the rock anchor bridge stability under the conditions of ordinary anchor fixup and prestress anchor fixup by using the rigid body ultimate balance means; meanwhile on the basis of economic comparison, the ordinary rock anchor is decided to be the anchor fixup plan.2.Analyze the interactive function between bridge load and anchor lever by using DDA and decide the factor of safety against sliding.3.Combing the actual excavation of rock anchor bridge of La Xi Wa underground workshop, analyze and study different intersections of excavation; rock anchor bridge's structures under different conditions and stability against sliding by using tridimentional non-linear finite element method, deciding the rock anchor bridge suiting the site.4.Through the local data analysis of carrying capacity experiment, under the conditions of overloading by 25%, changes happen to the upper row of rock Anchor Bridge are within 5.OMPa due to the shaft stress of anchor-straining-rod and observation of fissure-detecting machine on the rock stage and the changeable multi-spot on the peripheral rock changes a little. In consequence, the anchor fixup plan of rock Anchor Bridge is feasible. |
