Bearings are important mechanical transmission parts. With the development of machine-building industry, it put forward higher requirements to the bearings'service life, rotational speed, structure design and so on. So ,In order to meet the needs of next generation advanced machinery equipment, it is necessary to carry out the simulation study of bearing. The mechanical simulation of bearing, the main workload of which is in contact between the internal part of the various components. Contact is a highly non-linear problem, has been engineering and mechanical problems facing the two disciplines, analyzed using numerical methods also have great difficulties. Because of the universality and complexity of contact problems, which also makes the analysis of the problem solving is particularly important.The theory of rolling bearing experienced statics, to be dynamic, dynamic stage of development. In this paper, we built the contact mechanics model in view of the rolling bearing characteristics, made analysis on the mechanical characteristics and to draw general conclusions.When studied of rolling bearings contact performance, based on Hertz contact theory, we studied its bearing and deformation characteristics under the action of radial load, using statics and dynamics of the proposed method, derived bearing radial force formula and carried out example calculations. Then two-dimensional and three-dimensional simplified contact model were set up, for unit selection, meshing, contact parameters, boundary conditions, and other exploration, to determine finite element model for rolling bearings three-dimensional contact analysis appropriated for the particular model.It is a compound contact problem of rolling bearings dynamic contact combined of multi-body contact, friction, sliding, material nonlinearity, geometric nonlinearity. Therefore, based on rolling bearing implicit finite element solution analysis, using ANSYS/LS-DYNA explicit dynamic module implements, we achieved the rolling contact simulation of motion process. At the same time, motion simulation process and the relevant theoretical analysis results were compared to verify the reliability of the simulation model.Through the various components of the stress and strain field distribution, as well as the typical node displacement curve analysis, to study the variation of the motion state of rolling bearings. Through the horizontal comparison of different simulation programs, to study the inner ring speed and load on the operation of the process of rolling bearings, and obtained more detailed, intuitive, quantitative analysis data in the motion process of rolling bearings, which tested and deepened the mechanics theory of rolling bearings.
