On the basis of the hydraulic model of the sluiceway in Chardara water power station, this paper summarizes the hydraulic characteristic of stilling basin with inflection and baffle blocks.And through comparison analysis of several groups hydraulic mode test for different layout and construction feature of baffle blocks, this paper analyzes the influence of shape, height, layout and quantity of baffle blocks on the flow in the comprehensive consideration of the flow pattern, the characteristics of hydraulic jump, the water surface line distribution and etc. Moreover it is studied the influence of baffle blocks on the length of the hydraulic jump in stilling basin with inflection whose slope is 1:3,1:3.73,1:5 . The main achievement are as followed:1 The study on baffle blocks in stilling basin with inflection of Chardara water power station(1) The influence of the shape of baffle blocks Baffle blocks forehead in bottom hole export of Chardara water power station is changed to oblique-angle and round it .The experimental results shows that although the changing the planar shape can improve partial water condition of of baffle blocks, it does not influent the position of jump obviously ,thereby not having remarkable influences on water flow turbulence ,and not improving guide wall's vibration in bottom hole export obviously. The influence of fillet baffle blocks on flow pattern is little better than oblique-angled baffle blocks.(2) The influence of height of baffle blocks It is shown that water flow fling baffle blocks adverse to flow pattern, and the energy dissipation effect is dissatisfy if the baffle blocks are too high. After baffle blocks lowered, the water surface volatility has increased after the jump , energy dissipation effect is quite worse.and water moves very quickly at the shore which is adverse to the shore protection. Both the baffle blocks are too high and too low,will lead that the the position of jump will move upstream and the length of jump will increase. both conditions create the same extent of American influence on the length of jump. The water surface of baffle blocks different in height change nearby the cross section of before and after jump (3) The influence of layout of baffle blocks The flow pattern of upside-down glyph baffle blocks is poor,but its length of jump is decreased to some extent, and the position of jump does not changed obversely. Moreover the flow pattern of abreast baffle blocks is poor with undular jump whose energy dissipation effect is dissatisfy. The length and the position of jump does not changed obversely, and its water-surface curve is higher than that of glyph baffle blocks.(4) The influence of quantity of baffle blocks By comparison analysis of the flow pattern and hydraulic characteristic of baffle blocks different in quantity ,it is show that arranging baffle blocks of reasonable height can stabilize hydraulic jump and reduce the length of jump.(5)Hydraulic characteristic comparision of scheme with and without baffle blocks Implementation scheme reduces the height of baffle blocks in present scheme to 4meters. Then compare its hydraulic characteristic under kinds of working conditions and compare it with the scheme without baffle blocks. As is seen, the position of jump this layout is reasonable, its flow pattern is quite good,and energy dissipation effect is quite high.2 The influence of baffle blocks on length of jumpBy study the relation between C and Fr1,we Introduce parameter objectσjo/Fr1 and realize C andσjo/Fr1 is in linear relationship.α1,β1which is coefficient of C is related to slope of the inflection in stilling basin without baffle blocks .The relation betweenα1,β1 andθof different slope is obtained by regression analysis. Similarly ,to the stilling basin with baffle blocks, Introduce coefficientα2,β2and LR′to research the influence of position of baffle blocks on length of jump,α2,β2 is related to LR′. The relation betweenα2,β2 and LR′of different slope is obtained by analysis, and in consideration of the influence of slope and get the experimental formula ofα,βwhile the baffle blocks different in position and inflection slope...
