| Hohhot South Lake of Wetland Park is a big urban wetland park, the area is about 600 hectare. It also can be used to adjust and improve the effect of landscape ecology, and can be used to attract people by its landscape. To analysis of landscape pattern in the park can help us to be known more information about the park, such as the landscape pattern distribution. Then we can plan and design another park in scientific methods.According to the results of field survey and combining with the landscape design principles in Huhhot South Lake of Wetland Park.This paper aims to analyze the landscape pattern by means of FRAGSTATS to calculate some landscape indexes at the patch level,the class level and the landscape level and by means of the theory of landscape ecology. Moreover, we discuss the correlation between landscape indexes and scaling effects of landscape pattern. The analysis conclusions are as follows:The park is composed by 6 landscape zones that have obviously different features in landscape appearance as well as structure. Basically, The whole landscape has objectively emulates as well as the the natural environment. On the part of the existing natural resources were also very good integration and use.Corridor at different levels of the park composed a corridor network which can be determined the spatial pattern of the park landscape. But the type of corridor is a little, most of the corridor is road corridor, and the corridor network in the park is not distributed evenly: The corridor network is good distributed in some of the zones which connected in high degree that can be offered moer routes for visitors. But in other zones, the corridor network is not good distributed which is low degree of fragmentation and poor landscape heterogeneity. So, there are not well organized tour routes, a higher unity.Most landscape pattern indices responsed to different change while the scale varied, except the patch richness indices, in the same landscape pattern analyzed.
