Foam mortar is a kind of light-weight material which is reduction from stirring foam prepared into by the foam solution using physical methods , with necessary components of cement-based cementitious materials,water,optional components of aggregate and admixtures according to a certain mixing ratio,and then hardening through the role of Physical Chemistry.Bubble cement mortar has good lightness,flowability, anti-segregation and the economy ,etc. So it will have quite broad application prospect.According to the characteristics of the foam mortar production process, preparation by laboratory experiments at different ratios and different rates of foam mortar slurry bubble, if the result meet the current value, wet density, wet density and the rate of increase requested by pouring test specimen, measured 3d, 7d and 28d trial block compressive strength value, and analyze the different ratios, the bubble rate, age compressive strength of teams. Take the 1:4 sand-lime block test of this study, we determined the rate of filling body bubble test mechanical parameters, mechanical parameters under strain equivalence principle and the use of Lemirte and Marzras Injury rates have come to different bubble tensile compressive damage parameters backfill, damage evolution equation and constitutive equation. Using the rock to release energy and backfill near the peak deformation than to the principle of equality, analysis of different bubble rate stability of backfill, and the combination of regression analysis are derived Jinchuan III Mine backfill required excavation depth of different strength. Finally we made a comparative analysis of economic, economic was good.
