Recently, due to double-arch tunnel with smooth linear, covering less space and utilization of higher irreplaceable, in some special topographic and geologic conditions, the double-arch tunnel option has been used more frequently.According to type of the middle wall, double-arch tunnel can be categorized into integral middle-wall double-arch tunnel, composite middle-wall double-arch tunnel and double-arch tunnel without middle-wall. Integral middle-wall and composite middle-wall double-arch tunnel is the traditional type. The technology features of these two double-arch tunnel are summarized in this paper, focusing on analysis of the the structural parameters, mechanical features, construction processes and drainage facility of the middle-wall. Then integral middle-wall and composite middle-wall double-arch tunnel are compared in this paper.Structure of double-arch tunnel without middle-wall is a new double-arch tunnel., It is used in Wucunshan tunnel in airport Road of Xiamen City. This is the background of this paper.Structure of double-arch tunnel without middle-wall is to the side of the chamber, Sincere supporting the initial and secondary lining, and then the other side of the chamber of the Early Support and the first hole connected to supporting early stage, thus abolishing the wall structure. Firstly, the stress characteristics of double-arch tunnel without middle-wall are studied with the numerical simulation method. Then, the detail structure of the double-arch tunnel without middle-wall is studied, that is, initially support two holes overlapping points on adjustments comparison of the two holes overlap the initial point of supporting a reasonable position. Finally, the construction plans of the double-arch tunnel without middle-wall are compared, that is, two construction process engineering methods of CRD construction method are compared. |
