With the developing of the economic and the progress of the scientific technology in China, it emergences many large and innovative bridge structure in the transportation facilities. PC rigid-frame bridge has been rapid development in recent years with its continuous, without joints, driving comfort, convenience and other advantages of the construction, almost monopolized the main span of 200m-300m range. However, after completion of the National rigid-frame bridge and PC operating situation, many have appeared in PC rigid-frame bridge structure may affect the normal use or durability of the span deflection. The late deflection of PC Steel Bridge is too large would make the concave girder span, the bridge pavement damage, affecting the life of the bridge and driving comfort, even endanger the safety of high-speed driving. Therefore, the deflection of the span becomes constraining the development of a continuous rigid pressing problem.In order to analyze more accurately the reasons for downward deflection, this paper applies the finite element software to build a finite element model of the PC Steel Bridge for analysis and processing, from the loss of prestress, stiffness, overweight, concrete shrinkage, creep, and the temperature factor that are the factor of the influence the deflection after the bridge proceed ,using the method of simulated calculation it analysis quantitatively the various affecting factors. Using the quantitative Calculation and the qualitative analysis method to find out the reason of the continuous deflection and proposed countermeasures. Combination of reinforcement in Furong River Bridge and the controlling of the deflection in Jiangjin Yangtze River Bridge carrying on the engineering practice, and achieved positive results.The related result of this paper directly supports the reinforcement construction projects of relying on the actual project , but also for application of the related technologies provides a theoretical reference and practice in Chinese Bridges.
