As primary stiffness, poor water permeability, reflective cracking of pavement surface layer.Traditional semi-rigid base asphalt pavement are easy to premature fatigue cracking phenomenon. Thus, in considering the use of graded broken stone paved road base, can alleviate the above diseases to some extent, in-depth analysis of flexible pavement fatigue characteristics of asphalt has a positive meaning. This paper through investigation and analysis, laboratory experiments and theoretical analysis, based on that taking into account non-linear bearing capacity of flexible base, make systematic research and analysis of flexible asphalt pavement fatigue Properties. Put forward the nonlinear analysis methods of Henan area's flexible asphalt pavement's fatigue properties, which provide a scientific basis for flexible asphalt pavement construction's further promotion and application in Henan.This paper relies on technology research project in Henan"Research on nonlineat structure design of flexible base asphalt pavement in Henan Province", base on the analysis of flexible asphalt pavement and pavement design method of the flexible asphalt pavement in and out of domestic, made an in-depth analysis of flexible asphalt pavement's fatigue properties. Made the conclusion that using iterative calculation method in finite element analysis of pavement structure to determine flexible graded gravel modulus of each points, could make more accurate description of crushed gravel, grass-roots level with the characteristics of nonlinear capacity. By laboratory experiments and theoretical calculations, taking temperature, according to the cumulative fatigue damage theory, the calculation of the fatigue life of asphalt pavement. The results show that flexible graded gravel bearing capacity due to its nonlinear characteristics, the fatigue life is longer about 25% than did not take into account grass-root's the non-linear bearing capacity .The results of this paper provide important scientific theory and practice for use flexible asphalt pavement in Henan, The law of stress and strain convey also is afterward significant for pavement structural design and analysis.
