Because of the small water-cement ratio and highly mobile, the cracking problem of high-strength pumping concrete is more serious. These cracks not only affect the strength and beauty of the concrete structure, but also seriously affect its durability, life and safety.Steel fibers can significantly improve the cracking resistance, flexural strength, fatigue resistance, impact resistance, endurance resistance of concrete, but go against the working performance work of pumping concrete. Steel fibers are heavy, expensive, and easily corroded in the exceptional circumstances. Organic steel fiber, as an alternative product of steel fiber, can effectively improve the mechanical properties and durability of concrete.In this paper, the working performance, early cracking resistance, strength, durability of mixing the content of different sizes of high strength organic steel fiber pumping concrete were studied. The results show that:1. Organic steel fiber have some influence on the working performance of pumping concrete. The concrete slump increases with the increase of fiber content. In the same volume fraction, the working performance of organic steel fiber concrete is superior to steel fiber concrete.2. Organic steel fiber can improve the early cracking resistance of pumping concrete, effectively reduce the width and quantity of plastic cracks. In the same volume content, of and the cracking resistance of organic steel fiber concrete is better than steel fiber concrete.3. Organic fiber can improve concrete's compressive strength and flexural strength, the strength increases with increase of the fiber volume fraction; in the same volume content, the enhancement of steel fiber better than organic steel fiber; the incorporation of organic steel fiber will reduce the static elastic modulus of concrete.4. The incorporation of organic steel fiber will increase electric flux of concrete, but in the case of pre-applied load, the rate of increase of organic steel fiber is less than plain concrete; The incorporation of organic steel fiber can improve the anti-freeze-thaw performance of the concrete. The higher the fiber content, the better the performance of its anti-freeze. In the same volume content, anti-freeze properties of the steel fiber concrete is a little superior to the organic steel fiber concrete.
