Along with the vigorous development of automobile industry in our country, the use requirements of Automotive Air Conditioner Control Panel also will increase. Different styles of automobile correspond to different control panel which Control Key not only ensure the working stability of structure, but also require to accord with ergonomic in mechanics. The factory wants to enhance the competitiveness of products in the market, which needs to establish relevant test-bed, and will sample the products to test, which could obtain the working data of them. Comparing the differences between design parameters and them, there is to find defects in design or in production, thereby optimizing the design and improving the production, which is better to improve the performance of Automotive Air Conditioner Control Panel.Combining the request of equipment design and the data of X7, X8 control panel of Automotive Air Conditioner which is provided by the factory, this article design rationally each device, and simulate the state of installation, which could make the test data more accurate, scientific, which could improve quality of product. Main research work done in the thesis was listed as following:Penetratingly analyzing the structural feature, performance and parameter of X7, X8 control panel, and combining the requirements of test project, four test work station and multiple auxiliary equipment have been installed in the test-bed in this article. The test work station include:the push force test work station, the horizon direction torque test work station, the vertical direction torque test work station and the push and pull force test work station, which range encompass the performance test of most of present panel's control keys. The test work station adopts independent operating mode, which could avoid interference between work stations, and using the shielded line to transmit signal and the circuit of signal processing that could enhance the anti-interference function. This article show the mechanical design component of each work station to reflect the design derivation of this article by a large number of two directional images, introduce the mount procedure and operation principle of each device, and expound the control mode, test work flow, data transfer flow of each work station.As the equipment required having a wide test range of panel, adopting a uniform design style, there will be to improve the share of equipment. Facing different test work, there only need to change very few replacement parts and edit the procedures simply, just to test.In the experimental control and data processing, the equipment adopts the virtual instrument technology. The system control program is based on LabVIEW software to develop and complete, which has the excellence of modular programming and a good man-machine interface, and so on. In hardware configuration and data collection, the equipment selected Advantech industrial computer and digital acquisition card, combining with the peripheral interface circuit and signal processing circuit to enhance communication capabilities, which could improve the response time of equipment.
