As to High-temperature condensate recovery system for serious corrosion and current condensate purification equipments are not suitable for high temperature operation status, we designed a high-temperature condensate recovery system. This system can solve corrosion and low temperature operation of purification effectively, and this system can recover condensate as well as the sensible heat, at the same time, it can also reduce wastewater and carbon dioxide emission. The design mainly uses the latest research by our group:supramolecular corrosion inhibitor, three-dimensional electrode catalyst technology, Adsorption ceramic membrane technology and so on. Purifying the polluted condensate and solving the problem of condensate pump cavitation by structure design contribute to the new high-temperature condensate recovery system. For the problem of cavitation of the condensate pump, this design uses the method of the splice of impellers and single-stage inducer in order to inhibit the cavitation.This design uses the equipment of three-dimensional electrode catalyst to make the soluble Fe2+ transforms to Fe3+precipitation, then separate them by adsorption ceramic membrane, and get rid of the iron and oil in water of the high-temperature. three-dimensional electrode catalyst is made up of five electrode, two of them are anode, three of them are cathode. Voltage is 5V and current is 0.1 A, the effect of oxide Fe2+ is optimal when the reaction time controls in 40min.Use supramoloecular technology, which contains the relationship of molecular recognition, in order to make the inhibitor molecular adsorption on metal surfaces through a appropriate rate, so the steel is passivation, protect the steel from corrosion effectively.All of these technology above make the new new high-temperature condensate recovery system. Simulation experiment shows that after dealing with the polluted high-temperature condensate, in the water, C(Fe2+)≤0.3 mg/L, C(oil)≤2mg/L, which meet the standards for industry boiler feed water, and temperature have little effect on the filtration, there is no need to low the temperature.
