Focused on the state of ecological construction of urban corridor green land in Fuzhou, the study investigated the state and problems of configuration of urban corridor green vegetation, the green landscape structure and the ecological function of green vegetation. With applications of landscape ecology, urban ecology, urban planning and other disciplines, provides suggestions of ecological construction of urban corridor green land so as to provide the basis for the optimization of urban planning, urban sustainable development and urban ecosystem.Combining related theories of ecological construction with the actual situation of Fuzhou City, configuration of urban corridor green vegetation is decomposed into four aspects,including the configuration of tree species, age and vertical structure of green vegetation and the green section form. Choose three index(Corridor Width,Corridor Connectivity and Corridor Density)to analyse the green landscape structure. Divide the study of ecological function of green vegetation into two aspects: micro-climate regulation and role of environmental improvement.New methods used in the study include: using landscape diversity index to calculate diversity of green vegetation; using DBH instead of actual age of trees to study the age structure of vegetation.The thesis summarized the following conclusions:1. The species of corridor green vegetation are rich, but with an uneven distribution. So it is necessary to increase the number of auxiliary species to improve the uniformity of vegetation distribution.2. The major corridor tree species are in a growth phase, indicating the continuity and the continuity of the species is better suited to the needs of sustainable development, but lack of mature trees shading effects comparing with people demand, particularly in the summer heat wave.3. On the vertical structure, the green vegetation of main corridor is dominant with single trees in Fuzhou, which is not conducive for plants to play the biggest benefit in a limited space, not conducive to the guidelines on the role of traffic, which resulting in all kinds of drive mixed with heavy traffic in the city of Fuzhou, proning to traffic accidents.4. The study on the ecological function of corridor vegetation found that the stratified structure is better than the single-layer structure in micro-climate regulation and weakening noise. But in Fuzhou the proportion of complex type is low to only 33.3﹪with the proportion of the single-layer structure for up to 66.7﹪, which is not conducive to the overall function of green vegetation to play.5. Of the main green vegetation in Fuzhou, Queensland umbrella tree and Chinese tulip tree has the biggest dust-detaining function, followed by Golden-leaf Fig and mango, more than 10 g/m2,but the function of Ficus microcarpa is low, only 1.71303g/m2. However, Ficus microcarpa in Fuzhou accounts to the largest share, mainly duing to historical reasons. It is necessary to preserve the historical mark in the future ecological planning, and we should increase the importance of vegetation ecological effects, rational planning green corridor.Based on the above results, the following suggestions are proposed:1. Further develop local tree species with high quality in Fuzhou, and expand the introduction of exotic species to build colorful urban landscape.2. Construct complex layer corridor vegetation landscape to increase green volume per unit area to give full play of the overall ecological function of vegetation.3. Coordinate the pace of building of the new city and the old city.4. Strengthen publicity and education, public participation in urban planning to form an atmosphere of social concern, monitoring to complete the construction of urban ecological construction.5. Coordinate the corridor green construction and urban parks and ecological construction of the residential area.6. Learn from the experience of other areas of ecological construction and draw lessons. Although the construction of some area is not necessarily adapt to other areas, but their ecological exploration of the lessons is worth exploring. And only with learning experience and drawing lessons, can we make a long–term development in the process of ecological construction.
