The production of polycrystalline silicon photovoltaic industry chain is still capacity constraints. At present, solar grade polysilicon fabrication technology has improved the mainstream of Siemens technology and silane method. As the blockade of foreign technology, China is now introducing the Siemens technology waste problems and more energy consumption. Therefore, depends on the university as well as the research institute institute, strengthens the new generation low cost processing technology foundational and the forward-looking research, establishes the low cost high-purity (the solar energy level) the polycrystalline silicon research development knowledge and the technological innovation system, carries on the polycrystalline silicon technique of production further develops and consμmmates, it is urgent practical significance that obtains the proprietary intellectual property rights technique of production and the technology.This research uses the fluidized bed reactor which independently designs, carries on response processing through return to original state reaction pair solar polycrystalline silicon deposits the high-purity polycrystalline silicon in its surface, is small to the environmental pollution, the foreign dependence is small. In the experiment has independently designed the one whole set take the fluidized bed as the core test installation, based on this and has explored the polycrystalline silicon fluidized bed preparation craft, has prepared the solar grade polycrystalline silicon successfully. depositional rate reach along 26.18%, degree of purity reach along99.9992255%-99.9999026%.Used the JSM-5610LV/INCA scanning electronic microscope, the MS2000 laser granularity analyzer and ICP has carried on the appearance, the granularity change and the purity analysis to the sample.
