In the nature,deposition rock with layered structure take up 2/3 of the land area,and the number reach to 77.3% in our country. Many metamorphic rocks also have the layered structure characteristic.There are a lot of stability problems about layered rock in the engineering. Not only the distortion and strength of layered rock have obviously anisotropy ,the breakage mechanism also is different from other rock. This text,which is relied on the grape mountain tunnel engineering of Yu Xiang high-speed You Hong segment,do some research in the strength experiment of layered rock,different inclination layered rock,s stability, tunnel supervision and measurement of horizontal layered rock and layered rock bolt optimization.①Combining construction monitoring data analysis of the grape mountain tunnel, this text get the tunnel vault element and side wall element displacement,the bolt axial force,the pressure between rock and primary support,the pressure between secondary lining and primary support changing orderliness under horizontal layered rock.②This text carry on the uniaxial and the triaxial compression experiment with the all numerical control hydraulic pressure servocontrol rigid rock mechanics experiment system of MTS815, discuss the rock strength transverse isotropy under the uniaxial compression and the triaxial compression, Analyze and summarize the influence of transverse isotropy by surrounding pressure .③Making use of the mechanics parameter gain from experiment, this text simulate the tunnel stability under different inclination layered rock with elasticity-plasticity finite element method. this text build up 6 models totally, including a have no inclination model and five inclination models (0°, 22.5°, 45°, 67.5°and 90°), analysis and studied surrounding rock stress,displacement,the plastic nature distribution,primary support stress characteristic.④Fom the angle of economy,take 0°degrees and 45°model as an example, this text put forward the bolt optimization scenario under layered rock.The research have important draw lessons meaning for layered rock stability and support structure design. at the same time, it can economize a great deal of investment,obtain good technique economic effect, have an important theory meaning and practical vaule.
