Firstly, two-stage-working principle of the prestressed reinforcement have verified in this paper by the contrast experiment between a prestressed concrete continuous beam and a equivalent ordinary concrete continuous beam. Secondly, the resultant internal forces method which bases on the two-stage-working principle of the prestressed reinforcement is further workable, by doing the numerical simulation of the continuous beam with the finite element analysis program OpenSees, and by the comparative analysis about the initial stress method model of the prestressed concrete frame structure under horizontal earthquake and the pushover analysis of the work model of two-stage-working principle of the prestressed reinforcement. Finally, we make a beneficial exploration on how to use the resultant internal forces method in the actual engineering design in the paper. From the test and study, the following conclusions are reached:①Through the contrast experiment between a prestressed concrete continuous beam and a equivalent ordinary concrete continuous beam, the result shows that the crack load and the ultimate load, the load deflection curve, the support reaction force curve and the reinforced internal force increment curves of the mid-span of the two beams are relatively identical.Experimental results verify that the two-stage-working principle of the prestressed reinforcement are correct.②Make numerical simulation analysis on the prestressed concrete continuous beam for the test group using the finite element analysis software OpenSees and the simulation results generally agree with the experimental results which shows that he resultant internal forces method basing on the two-stage-working principle of the prestressed reinforcement is suitable for the numerical simulation analysis for prestressed concrete structure.③In finite element analysis software Opensees, the numerical simulation results, both using the comprehensive internal method and using the initial stress method, agree well with each other. It's feasible that make the numerical simulation analysis with the resultant internal forces method baseing on the two-stage-working principle of the prestressed reinforcement for the prestressed reinforced concrete structures under the horizontal earthquake forces.④When making an actual engineering design with the resultant internal forces method, the coefficients like the synthetic internal partial load coefficient, the seismic capacity coefficientγE, the structure importance factorγ0 (γ0≠1) and so on, will have great influence on results which are not always all the same with the design results by standard.
