Study On The Performance Of Diesel Alternative Energy

With society and economy enjoying rapid development and auto possessive quantity increasing sharply, the dependence on petrol has become increasingly high and the equilibrium between petrol supply and consumption will determine the development of national economy as well as that of the whole world. Diesel engine has been face on both stress in the "environment pollution" and "energy conjuncture" until now. It is developmental subject for diesel now that finding new alternative energy to reduce fuel consumption and exploiting low pollution or no pollution green alternative energy. Diesel alternative energy study and exploitation have strategic significance and have widespread attention at home and abroad.In order to understand diesel engine performance when fueled with diesel alternative fuel and optimize the applying technology of alternative fuel, this paper, on the basis of deep understanding of diesel alternative fuel's physical and chemical characteristics, conducts an experimental research on combustion features of engine when fueled with diesel alternative fuel, and the influence on engine emissions.This text has summed up development of diesel alternative fuel(diesel oil,methanol,AME,vegetable oil(dimethyl ether),coal and so on) in domestic and abroad and that some diesel alternative fuel characteristic and problem in the study and application. Analyzing and advancing that it is significant energy-saving,environmental protection,to exploit new energy to use alternative fuel. Alternative fuel should pay attention to problem and future development prospect in application. The paper studies the influence of combustion with different alternative fuels on engine power, fuel economics and emissions and compared them. The results show that natural gas and marsh gas are the most hopeful alternative fuels when burning alternative fuels.DME (dimethyl ether) is rising according to long period of time. The soot emission will decrease evidently and engine power and fuel economics stay constant when the engine fueled with the optimized mixed-ratio concocted fuel.The experiment has achieved its goals and should be popularized.
