Concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge reliability analysis on Response Surface Method is used to solve the structure reliability which function is cannot expressed, that is an effective method for calculation. this paper, using the FEM technology based on the probability of design of ANSYS-PDS technology (Probabilistic Design System) to conduct the reliability calculation.Firstly, Paper introduces the relevant background of structural reliability, focuses on the Monte Carlo method, Response Surface method, especially in the PDS of ANSYS software technology for reliable calculation of the principles and process. Secondly, I advanced to evaluate the reliability of concrete filled steel tube arch bridge not under the influence of geometric nonlinearity. Focus is to consider the randomness of materials, geometry, external load and so on evaluate the reliability of concrete filled steel tube arch bridge. Finally, combined with the current specification for arch deflection is discussed, and check whether meet the bridge incentive vibration comfort and safety requirements under the vibration in the pedestrian incentive.Throughout the above work, I obtain some conclusions:1. For large complex structure, performance function would be difficult to the expressed, even has a high nonlinear characteristics, with the developing of the computer application technology, applied method, Monte Carlo method reliability of evaluation has certain advantages. In this paper, I applied the response surface method evaluation,solved steel arch bridge for structural reliability successfully for the reliability of evaluation provides a new and effective ways; 2. The reliability analysis results of example bridge in the serviceability limit states under deflection control show that the bridge to accurate analysis of reliability must be included in the geometric nonlinear effect.; 3. The bridge basically meet the current specification JTG D61-2005requirements for bridge deflection limits in the serviceability limit states, but also meet under the pedestrian excitation vibration comfort.
