Cement concrete pavement is the main high-grade highway pavement structure,with high strength, good durability and insensitive to temperature and other characteristics. In accordance with different materials and processes, Cement pavement can be built in different levels of highway and can make full use of local resources,which is conducive to local economic development. Therefore,Since express highway has been built, the cement pavement developed rapidly. Until the end of 2008, the total mileage of the National Cement highway has reached 1,023,700 kilometers, accounting for total length of the highway pavement of 69.89%.Cement concrete pavement of Shanxi loess area appeared a large number of diseases. According to these serious damages, related research has been carried out and a certain length of the test road has also been constructed,through which the detailed first-hand information-rich can be obtained and a theoretical basis and practical support.for the construction of cement highway by Shanxi Province and the country as a whole can also be. provided.Shanxi Province is the country's heavy chemical industry base and the overloading and heavy-duty of the vehicles are serious,which has speeded up to damage the road. To this end, this paper first investigate the cement pavement of major national and provincial trunk highway in Shanxi Province, in accordance with the actual use of the road surface,and then analyze the causes of disease and the corresponding countermeasures.On this basis, according to a large number of indoor experiments,this paper has studied the corresponding mechanical strength and other properties of the ordinary concrete, mineral additive concrete, fiber reinforced concrete (sub-blending different forms) and alkali-resistant glass fiber reinforced concrete, and has analysed and recommended the composition of the reasonable.of materials under different conditions. Second, based on the actual situation of the application in high-strength cement concrete highway surface prone to cracking, this paper also examined the cracking sensitivity of different strength grade concrete, and tested the impact that the strength grade, fiber content and coarse aggregate nominal maximum size to the cracking, which has given the reasonable sawing time.of concrete pavement Finally, according to the prevailing situation in loess roadbed of Shanxi Province,this paper has studied advantages and disadvantages of different cement pavement structure in loess roadbed, and has constructed a certain length of the road test.In short,based on the investigation and the interior through targeted research,this paper provided the best mix of different materials composition and used it as the basis for the construction of a highway test. Through regular site visits and testing,this paper optimized the cement pavement structure for loess roadbed of specific area based on the data analysis, and recommend the appropriate construction technology, which has great theoretical and practical significance.
