With the rapid development of the information construction in our country, network transmission of information presented the rapid growth in the form of geometry, in which the amount of video information of data hold about 60%. Large video data are transmitted and exchanged in the network as well as the increasingly high quality demand for video exchange business from users, which requires large amounts of network link resources. At the same time, the organization and management of video streams becomes more and more complicated.Based on the highway network monitoring system for video research background,this article puts forward the concept of adaptive mechanism of video exchange platform,at the same time, according to the adjustment of h.264 video compression parameters,it also realizes the network video session,the transmission of intelligent organization and management on the ground of network's bandwidth measurement and topological structure.Through the analysis of network measurement methods, network packet routing, needed data packets to measure the network bandwidth and related measuring algorithms are come up with in this article, which includes single link background flow measurement algorithm, the backbone network for single link measurement algorithm, the improved algorithm, the largest IGI measure flow measurement algorithm, the available bandwidth point-to-point link of the available bandwidth measurement algorithm, etc, and also designs the time synchronization mechanism on the network. In order to measure the link exchange network topology and the bandwidth of the network, devises adaptive exchange platform for detecting module to provide direct data for the platform. We are based on video exchange business processes and adaptive design makes the corresponding strategies. The article also analyzes the network topology structure, network protocol, Internet business and exchange platform of the traditional network management mode, expounds the advantages and disadvantages of video network and puts forward the relevant characteristics of adaptive inner meaning, optimizes the management mode of the video exchange platform.Finally through using network bandwidth and topological detection, comparing the effects of different h.264 compression parameters on video quality to prove feasibilitythe of the adaptive algorithm designed in this article,which is confirmed in the video service quality of video automatic adjustment...
