The wheel-spoke shaped integral pretension cable-membrane structure has the advantages of light quality, reasonable force and increasing the span etc. It is a structure derived from a bike wheel, and combining the characteristics of light weight membrane material which is composed of a kind of novel architecture by cable, film and surrounding pressure ring. The spoke structure is composed of the inside pull ring, radial cables, and external pressure rings, prestress cables through the radial, can form outer pressure, and inner tension of the self-balancing system, prestressing force level and distribution within the structure plays a vital role in the system stiffness and performance. During using the spoke-type cable-membrane structure, due to the effect of external loads and environmental factors, the cables are likely to be led to the relaxation of prestressing force. When the loss of prestressing force is up to a certain extent, the structure behavior will be changed significantly and may cause danger. Therefore, it's very necessary to carry out research for spoke spatial cable-membrane structure damage survey and safety assessment. Meantime, the structure damage repair and identification is worthy of researching.This article makes spokes space cable-membrane structure for research object, and focuses on the qualitative model of FoShan century lotus sports center stadium roof, according to classify and study the damage which may lead to structural damage on the need to focus research and early warning, and with the ANSYS finite element analysis program for qualitative modeling to determine the structural basis configuration, and then conduct the numerical simulation and qualitative model test, then compare the structural real-time response at various points with the structural basic configuration to judge various injuries on the structure through study of the integrity of the structure. This article combines finite element analysis program ANSYS, discussing damage identification of spoke span the whole tension cable-membrane structure, quantitative guide to carry out the work of structural damage repair.
