Nowadays, as the rapid development of Chinese high speed railway, the Ministry of Railways to actively promote the introduction of the advanced technology absorption and innovation policies, in these specific segments, how to absorb and create innovating ability is a systems engineering. Air conditioning and ventilation (HVAC) systems as one of these subsystem,need lots of scientific research. HVAC systems get the most direct impact for passenger comfort, and the analysis of passenger compartment temperature, humidity, flow rate is of practical significance.Currently, the experimental method of high speed trains HVAC system is difficult to achieve, and cost high. CFD numerical simulation method is a fashion and valuable scientific method, which can replace traditional testing method as cost low and save time. In this thesis, CFD numerical simulation method is used in analyzing structure and air ways of high-speed train HVAC system.First, simulation model is established in the SolidWorks software, and the model is preprocessed in GAMBIT software, including mesh generation and definition of boundary conditions. Then in the FLUENT software for high-speed train HVAC systems numerical simulation, under given summer condition, get the temperature and velocity distribution of the inside simulation results, combined with UIC-533 standard, the structural design and air sending arrangement of the HVAC system is analyzed and the strength and weakness is got. Then considered the influence of air moisture content of summer condition, numerical calculated again, according to the results, impact of the moisture content for the temperature and velocity field is analyzed. Finally, under the given winter condition, two different air temperatures is set, by comparing the two schemes a more appropriate supply air temperature is determined, the structural design and air sending arrangement of the HVAC system is analyzed get further evaluation under winter condition.This HVAC system for the study used virtual simulation technology, combined with the international common criteria to evaluate the HVAC system, during the design process, the air conditioning effect simulation is analysis, assessment carried out. This advanced design concept could be widely applied to the design of the CRH.
