Microgrid is a proposed new organization and structure of the distributed energy to integrate the advantages of distributed generation,reduce the impact of distributed generation on the grid and negative impacts.It is through the integration of distributed generation units and the relationgship between the distributed network,directly to make the distributed power generation units,power networks and end users together in a local area.It can optimized the structure,and configuration easily. Combined with CCPH program,it can improve energy efficiency,reduce the impact of energy power systems on the enviroment, promote distributed power line, improve relability and to promote social to develepment to the green,environmental protection,energy saving.Undoubtedly, the microgrid will be the next large grid's complements and effective support,and the future trend of power system.The main content of this paper is the modeling and simulation of Microgrid and platform development,it focus mainly on three parts:modeling of Micro-power and performance analysis,developing of Microgrid simulation platform and performance analysis,the impact of Microgird operation on the integrated load model.At first, various of micropower mathematical models and its features were analied, a simplified solid oxide fuel cell,photovoltaic cell, wind generation and diesel power generators models were build using Simulink software.According to the different characteristics of each micro-power, do simulation analysis to each micro-power from diferent emphases point, the simulation results show that the Micro-power models can simulate the actual operation very well,they ara able to adaptto complex modeling of Microgrid. Secondly, various control strategies of microgrid were detailed introducted and compared,on the basis of the demand of simulation platform, take into account the requirement of laboratory research projects and the voltage disturbance and frequency support, a voltage/frequence control strategy was choosed, a voltage source inverter with V/f control strategy was built by simulink software.Then a Microgrid simulation platform was built with micropower models and v/f controller model that bulit before.The problem of power imbalances when Microgrid isolated operation was considered,a secondary load to absorb the power imblance in the system was designed cleverly,it can balance the power quikly when the microgrid is isolated opertion. Three typical simulation examples were used to simulite all kinds of operation states of microgrid. It shows that the simulation platform can bear a strong impact on the load switching.It also can bear serious short-circuit fault conditions,and simulate the operation of microgrid from the grid to the island and from the island to the grid smoothly with good power quality.Finally,different kinds of fault data obtained from different Microgrid opertion were identified by induction motor with constant impedance load model.The results show that the Microgrid have different effects on the integrated load model when the output of micro-power changed. When the miro-power output is too large,the traditional integrated load model unable to response its internal load characteristics,and it need new model to reflect its load characteristics.The research in the paper provided a good simulation tool to the research of Microgrid.
