The Creation Of Traditional Spaces Images In The Creating Of Contemporary Chinese Style Building

Along with the acceleration of global integration, enormous challenges have been brought to the Chinese architects,which are caused by the collision between the foreign modern culture and Chinese traditional culture. How to balance the contradiction between globalization and localization, between modernity and tradition and in the meanwhile to create modern architectures with Chinese characteristics as well as a certain spirit of the time became the main topic for the contemporary Chinese architects to explore.Under this cultural background,through the research of traditional Chinese way in dealing with interior space, This thesis regards the modern expression of conventional interior space image as an important way in contemporary Chinese architectural design.then Based on this proposal,certain creative works of contemporary Chinese architecture are also referred to so as to carry out some exploration in modern expressive principles and modes of the traditional interior space image.In this paper, based on the succession of domestic construction industry practice of traditional culture and architectural design field research and data analysis, study on the traditional conception of architectural space in contemporary Chinese architectural creation to create a starting, research the relation between contemporary Chinese architecture and traditional architecture cultural,analyze the traditional architectural space design and spatial characteristics, so as to explore Chinese architecture of creative expression.This thesis employs the line of proposing the questions first and then managing to solve them, it is composed of five chapters: Chapterâ… ,Introduction, in this part we will discuss the background under which modern Chinese architecture was created and also the purpose and significance of such creation;in the second chapter,we will review how people made efforts in pursuit of the traditional architectural culture during the modern and contemporary history of China, and discuss and analyze how Japan and India preserved the tradition of their architectural culture while made innovations in their designations at the same time, thus what inspirations we could get from those works;in the third chapter, in terms of the conception of traditional culture, a brief description will be given about the interior atmosphere characteristics in traditional Chinese building designation;the fourth chapter analyzes the importance of traditional Chinese interior space image which we applied in the contemporary Chinese architectural creation.besides, in associate with some cases,the modern way and principles in creating traditional interior space image would be explored in the last chapter.In this paper, basic researches are carried out to explore the traditional way in creating the artistic atmosphere of the interior space and thus how the contemporary Chinese architecture are designed.this thesis makes effort in discussing the way in which the architectural design are employed for the sake of creating the artistic atmosphere of the interior space, in the hope that it could unfold some new methods or ideas in the designation of Chinese architecture.
