The source of error as well as the uncertainty in the measurement which from NovAtel Differential GPS (including ProPak-G2plus & DL-4plus) and StarNeto AHRS (XW-AHRS 5100) purchased by the college are analyzed theoretically and Practically in this paper. The author tries to explore any means of operation that may cause unnecessary errors in the test, as well as what should be done to avoid errors which caused by the improper operation.In accordance with the characteristics of the data, a suit of special software which is applied for automotive dynamic test is developed with the point of results post-processing & analysis. The different test data is recorded synchronically by controlling the two serial ports (com1 & com2) on the terminal PC, and written on hard disk with suffix name"*. dat"&"*. gps"for the files by the data acquisition part of the automotive dynamic test system; The track of vehicle, as well as the heading direction and other automotive dynamic parameters are replayed clearly in a friendly window of the playback module by opening those recording files. The programme of the test system has a menu of data export, which can export the pre-processed data of volume, and conform the recorded data to relative national institute of standard.Errors caused by a variety of factors are still shown by the pre-processed data, so it is of great significant to evaluate the confident of the test results by analyzing the uncertainty in the measurements. Based on the analysis of the source of error and theory of uncertainty in measurement, with some tools as MATLAB, Origin, Excel and other data-processing software, some methods such as normal distribution returning, FFT filtering as well as the residual distribution statistics are used to evaluate the test uncertainty.
