Long-term accumulation of weak power structures, insufficient power supply capacity and reliability issues and poor in rural and forest areas hamper the economic and social developing faster. Although the power grid project of the national implementation basically solve the power grid in rural and forest areas, due to regional economic development imbalances, and weak in those loans by funding a variety of factors, there is a big gap of the coverage of rural power grids. So far there is not electricity in many areas.The three residues sufficient resources existing these areas have not been fully utilized. If we could convert micro-bio-energy into heat with three residues direct combustion power generation equipment, and then converted into electrical energy, then solving the electricity problem will become a matter of great practical significance.This paper studies using status and production status of three residues of resource at home and abroad, forest electrical technology at abroad, put forward the developing three residues the significance of direct combustion power generation in our country, analies the three straight combustion power generation prospect for industrialization in future optimisticly.This detailed study of the overall design of micro-programs of the three residues direct combustion power generation equipment, including steam boilers rated the design of evaporation, steam boiler's overall structural design, safety valve displacement design, safe operation of steam boilers; the selection piston micro-turbine design, structural analysis and the method of improving turbine efficiency; generator structure and performance analysis; battery structural analysis; inverter power work theory and composition and so on.This paper studies control system of the three residues direct combustion of micro-generation equipment, the working principle and its components, including the steam boiler water level, pressure automatic control and charging power generation systems'running automatically.This paper simulating and analysising the steam turbine with Pro/E software; the relationship between the main parameters have been obtained,with Excel software analyzing the experimental data.The researching of three residues direct-fired micro-power generation equipment, opened up a new path on forest residues utilization.It is proper for our sustainable development and the construction of new rural policies, the three residues direct-fired micro-power generation equipment has broad prospects in the forest District.
