Noise source identification technique in engineering has a wide range of application, It is significant on noise prevention and control, there are already a variety of noise source identification system for testing and the actual project. However, most of these systems need a lot of microphones, Development costs is high, and not easy to promote.In this paper a near-field acoustical holography noise source identification system based on LabVIEW is developed, which is low-cost and more practical compared with the current ones. Based on the proposed system, the acquisition method of array snapshot can be used when having a larger number of microphones,also the scanning method can be used when the number of microphone or the instrument channel is limited. Through the embedded matlab calculation program of near-field acoustic holography, the sound field can be reconstructed and predicted, at the same time the reconstruction and prediction can be displayed through LabVIEW visual controls. It provides a good tool for noise source identification.In the paper describe in detail the noise source identification software development, software functionality, and introduce the system's principle and the implementation process. Do a more detailed description of acoustic holography theoretical knowledge involved in the system and LabVIEW programming language and a variety of hardware devices. The final adoption of several groups of experimental verify the effectiveness of the system.
