| Applying computer simulation in air conditioning system is favorable to save experiment expense, shorten the period of product development and reduce the cost. It has become the most important means for studying the system working characteristic and optimizing the components.This paper researches diathermancy and fluidity of refrigerant in the compressor, heat exchanger (condenser and evaporator), and capillary , and Simplifies assumptions the corresponding model. Steady-state distributed-parameter models of condenser, evaporator and capillary, and, lumped parameter model of compressor are established.With the equalization of quality,momentum and energy ,the main sectors of refrigeration equipment models can be coupled solution. Fitting the implicit explicit method is applied to system simulation, set up the thermodynamic properties of refrigerant R22 equations and procedures.Developed heat pump system simulation program by MATLAB,and Simulation was carried out on the system.With the help of the program, the influence of tube structural parameters, fin size and volume of air flowing across condenser and evaporator on the performance of refrigeration system are investigated in a stable operating conditions,then,drawing the changing curves which can provide basis for further research. |
