As the rapid development of cable-stayed bridge,the research around anchorage zone of cable tower is more and more concern.Because a strong concentration effect of cable,where there is a strong stress concentration phenomenon.Through the research of local stress analysis,to find out the distribution of stress.All of the above is significant to the cable tower,s design and the construction.This paper takes the partially cable-stayed bridge as the project background.It carries on the static analysis for the bridge through the plane finite element software(Dr.Bridge V3.20).On this basis,carries on the stress analysis for the cable saddle of the largest force and the bottom cable saddle through the space finite element software ANSYS,obtaining the following conclusions:(1)The stress of the main beam and the cable tower is within the code during the construction stage and use stage,the initial tensile stress of each cable is also within the permissible stress,the deformation of the main beam meets the code, it can see that the bridge is stability.(2)The whole cable saddle mainly to appears the vertical displacement under the actions of the cable tension force,concrete weight,and the vertical force of cable,and basically non-existent the displacement of forward bridge and horizontal bridge.The displacement of A8 cable area is greater than the displacement of A2 cable area,showing that model results match the reality.(3)Through the stress analysis of cable saddle,it can see that the tensile stress in the end of cable hole is larger,and the tensile stress is also exist in the middle of cable pipeline and the middle of saddle upper part,it should take measures to strengthen.In addition,because the horizontal of cable hole have a greater horizontal splitting stress, it can be taken an appropriate amount of steel net to prevent cracking,and resisting the stress caused by the uneven contact of cable and cable pipeline.(4)Because of facilitate modeling,in the model the serrated block ridge is taken to right angles,resulting in the stress is centralized.In practice,cable saddle serrated block ridge can be used arc-shaped chamfered and deploy concave corner steel to reduce the stress concentration phenomenon.(5)The cable tension force should be strictly controlled in the construction stage, the cable tension force error should be controlled within the permitted scope of the design,to avoid the cable tension forces overrun caused by partial splitting or crushing of concrete. |
