Steam Turbine's Valve is an an important component in the turbine protection system, all protection works are achieved through the closure of the Steam Turbine's Valve. Because of the size of Steam Turbine's Valve, complexity of technology, coupled with its important role in protection,the Steam Turbine's Valve should be assembled successfully only once, otherwise, the repeated assemble caused by unreasonable assembly process and process information expression will consume enormous human and financial resources, coupled with time cost. Therefore, assembly process simulation and process informations' visual expression on Steam Turbine's Valve make important sense.Assembly Technique Planning is the important content of Designing and manufacturing, which have a profound meaning in enhancing the quality of product, reducing the price and shortening the period of produce. The paper is based on the Assembly Sequence Planning, and has the further research on virtual assembly models, Integration of Product Process Information, product toleranced modeling and Assembly Sequence Planning. The thesis mainly elaborates the following several aspects content:(1)The paper expatiated the main contents of Assembly Sequence Planning, basic flow and the key technologies. It proposed the assembly information models basing on structure of the former three dimension graphs. Associated with the extraction of sub-assembly and groups, assembly level tree, assembly relational graphs, it predigested assembly sequence cut-set method.(2)By building the geometry model and assembly model,first,the product process resource and information is integrated in the PDM(Product Data Management) environment,Realizes and demonstrates the process information during the assembly simulation process;Second,the realization methods of toleranced model, especially the construction of geometrical model,acquisition of attribute information and mapping methods among different layers of the model, were discussed in detail.(3)Finally, focusing on reheat valve of 600MW Stream Turbine, this paper set up parallel assembly sequences model and finished the simulation of the assembling process,realized assembly process querying and product toleranced modeling in VE.
