Rotor system cavity generally stores or leaks liquid, rotor system with liquid is composed. For example as a result of improperly design or work out of gear drums of the aeroengine rotor and lumen of the shaft generally occurs liqud leakage. As long as rotor system cavity has a small quantity of liquid, vibration characteristic of the rotor system is affected evidently.Dynamic characteristic of the rotor system is analyzed with the finite element method, virtual prototype model with liquid leakage flaut is established, dynamics simulation is carried on, and effect of liquid on stability of a rotor system with liquid leakage is analyzed, and experiment verification is carried on. It can be elaborated as following:(1) Mechanics model of the simplified rotor system of aeroengine is established. Natural frequency and modal of the rotor system are solved with ANSYS and MATLAB software.(2) 3-Dmodel of the simplified rotor system is established with SOLIDWORKS software. Channeling it into the MSC.ADAMS software and changing the shaft into a flexible part, then the virtual prototype model is established. Dynamics simulation is carried on. Through experiment verification, the model is revised in order to have good simulation precision.(3) It can be observed from experiments that how the liquid distributes in the plate when the rotor system works at the low speed and the critical speed.(4) In the condition of assuring the quality and density invariance, the liquid shape is invariable. Then dynamics simulation of the model with liquid leakage is carried on, effect of liquid on stability of the rotor system is analyzed, and experiment verification is carried on.Base on the simplified rotor system of aeroengine, liquid leakage fault of rotor system is simulated, effect of liquid on stability of the rotor system is analyzed, and experiment verification is carried on, simulation of liquid fault of rotor system with the MSC.ADAMS software is feasible. Providing theoretical reference for simulation of oil leakage flaut of the rotor system of aeroengine, there is positive realistic meaning and economic value.
