With the continuously raising demand of the pile foundation of high-building and of environment protection in pile foundation construction, the further development of pile-constructing equipment has become more and more urgent. New piling machine with high penetration capability has steadily become the focus to be studied and developed in the world. The piling machine discussed in this paper based on the hydraulic static force pile driver and extractor, altered its structure and hydraulic system, product the cyclic driving force, realize the joint of static force and dynamic force, this is a new type of vibratory piling machine.The paper analyzed the working theory of static force pile driver and extractor machine. By alter the structure, realized the continuously sinking. By redesigned the hydraulic system and import the rotary valve, the system impulse cyclic driving force, the pile can sinking by dynamic force. And the paper also analyzed the structure and working theory, of rotary valve.Researched the dynamic characteristic for each component of the hydraulic system. Base on the characteristic, current equation and transfer function, utilizing the structure Matlab/Simulink toolbox, produced each of the components of the whole hydraulic system Utilize the relationship between current capacity and pressure for each component; build the whole model for hydraulic system of the hydraulic impulse excitation vibratory pile driver and extractor. Simulation the whole hydraulic system based on the design parameter. Validate that the rotary valve can product periodicity impulse, made prove for the feasibility of new vibratory piling machine.We take the vibratory piling machine-soil system as the research object and analyzed the resistance during the sinking process and initially established nonlinear dynamic model for vibratory piling machine-soil system and response analysis of nonlinear piling system. Utilize the simple model, simulation the sinking process of pileIn the end, software of the finite element analysis was employed to simulate the pile-soil system. By the simulation we can research the influence of the soil and the piling machine during the progress. All this research results will lay a theoretical basis for designing and improving the vibratory piling machine.
