In recent years,the public pay more attention to Energy-saving technologies than before, the aim of this article is to increase the quality of slag and fly ash in compound Portland cement, using the slag and plaster as the main ingredient to research and produce new-style compound Portland cement,depending on experimentation and academic,we can gain a new-style analysis compound Portland cement by optimal proportion and technical parameter which could fulfill this kind of industrial requirement. The function of this article is not only to reduce the cost of compound Portland cement but also to increase the utilization of slag and fly ash in Tonghua region. What's more, it makes sense to reduce the consumption of natural gas and protect environment.Clinker,alkali and plaster are used as the alkaline activator and sulfate activator of fly ash in this article.Depending on great deal of comparative experimentations,we find the optimal proportion and technical parameter of compound Portland cement blended with massive slag and fly ash. After researching the capability of raw and processed materials,the proportion of different ingredients and the effect of specific surface area,we sum up some characteristics of SFC and then applied this theory on experimental unit.We can draw some conclusions by analyzing the statistics:The optimal proportion and technical parameter of SFC is:clinker is 30%,plaster is 7~10%,activator is 1%. slag:fly ash= 3:1,the specific surface area is limited between 420 to 450 m2/kg.The physical capability of SFC is much better than the physical capability of other compound Portland cement and concrete,the endurance of SFC overmatched others except the anti-carbonization; SFC could be used to manufacture structural component.The capability of raw and processed materials,proportion between different groups, grinding function and specific surface area are all affect the capability of SFC.The capability of SFC conforms to engineering requirement, SFC could be applied in accidental construction,especially in large-scale subterranean construction.
