Developing data measuring system used in missile ejecting test is in order to get various performance parameters of the ejecting tube and parameters of the projectile in or out of the barrel in missile ejecting process.The system is attached to the technical areas of memory test.In understanding the research status and development trend of data measurement system domestic and international,we analysed the advantages and disadvantages of multi-parameter measurement system.The article proposed the overall design scheme of the data measurement system used in missile ejecting test.The system mainly composed by solid-state data recorder, sensor groups, cable networks, terrestrial monitoring unit and the ground computer five parts.Sensors installed in corresponding position of the missile body and signals transmit by cable networks to the data recorder for sample.In testing state,the ground computer and monitoring unit send trigger signal to data recorder which are fixed in missle.Then the data recorder samples the signals sended by sensor and stored the convertion data real-time.After testing,we can recovery the data recorder and read the internal data,which makes the experimental data are reproduced and restore.The article describes the work principle and sample mechanisms of the system in detail,and explanes how to condition the sensor signals to unity input range required by AD converter input.The article discusses the modular design and the building blocks of the solid-state data recorders firstly,which makes data recorders versatility, scalability and interchangeability,then describes the constituent modules and working principle of the ground detection unit briefly.Thirdly, The article describes the modular design structure of the data recorder and design and simulation of the missile ignition universal measuring device.Fourthly,the key acquisition channels of measurement system are tested use special equipment.The article compared the error with measured value and the theoretical value, as well as the reasons for the error brought. Finally, the entire system design are summarized and prospected.
