In recent years, with the expansion of vehicle market and advance of living standard, people's demand for ride comfort of vehicle is increasingly high. The way of active control is adopted to control the vibration of car-body parts. By the integration of sensor and actuator in car-body structures, the cooperative work of structures, sensor and actuator is achieved. By making use of the added energy of actuator to actively control the non-work energy, the ride comfort of vehicle can be promoted effectively. The bidirectional characteristic of piezoelectric material is used by piezoelectricity active control technology to control the vibration of structures. It has the advantages of high efficiency and self-adaptation and excites people's interest in recent years.This dissertation focuses on the purpose of reduction of vibration of car structure. On the basis of consulting domestic and international active control research outputs, piezoelectricity active control way is adopted to study and explore the technology of active vibration control for car-body pieces .The main contents of thesis are as follows:(1) By consulting domestic and international documents, current situation about the application of active vibration control technology of piezoelectric intelligent structures and research of active vibration control method of structures are summarized.(2) By the analysis of basic performance and characteristics of piezoelectric materials, we have deduced the equation of the piezoelectric structure and transfer function model of piezoelectric sheet, and made analysis of optimize siting for piezoelectric element.(3) Then we have constructed the finite element model of car-body parts with finite element software of MSC.PATRAN/NASTRAN and made modal analysis and dynamic analysis for it.(4) Simulation models of active vibration control were designed with the Simulink module of MATLAB software. Analysis for active vibration control was accomplished by using the ways of PID controller, fuzzy control law and fuzzy PID controller.(5) The experimental platform for the vibration-isolation of car-body parts is set up. The procedures of signal acquisition and vibration control were designed with the LabVIEW software and the experiment of the vibration-isolation devices is carried through. Good result is obtained in the experiment.This thesis takes sensor and actuator as piezoelectric element respectively to analyze theory and technology of the technology of active vibration control for car-body pieces. Research results demonstrate that piezoelectricity active control technology can restrain the vibration of car-body pieces effectively and achieve the aim of vibration reduction.
