Due to the complexity sea conditions, and generally, the Ocean structures piles much longer even exceed 100 meters, geological exploration of offshore platform construction is difficult to obtain a comprehensive and accurate geological data. It is necessary to study offshore platform pile-soil system and pile foundation reliabilityThis thesis provides an analysis methods by use of finite element software ANSYS, firstly simulate the Load transfer law of 3D non-linear pile-soil interaction; and then, Monte Carlo method was used in random sample of Input parameters. By use of PDS module analysis the reliability of pile bearing capacity, and a practical example is provided.The thesis analysis the pile shaft resistance distribution, the pile axial force distribution, the pile tip resistance and P-S curve. The results show that: in the homogeneous soil, the results of simulate using ANSYS is in line with the existing research. Reliability calculation example shows that: in multi-layer soil pile, the reliability of a long pile bearing capacity is impacted greatest by the length of the pile. The simulation method that provided in this thesis has important practical value for forecasting the bearing capacity of offshore platform pile foundation and reliability design.
