The forecasting analysis is a commonly way for the stabilization of rock mass before losing the tranquilization. According to the advanced geological data and the condition of surrounding rock mass, forecasting the forthcoming unstable failure of rock mass and taking some actions in advance will be a good method to make the project propitious. In this paper, the stabilization of the collapse rock mass of Qiuqianping tunnel is analyzed in Sanxia freeway of crossing Sanxia dam, the reasons losing the stabilization are found, the process from stabilization to destabilization are analyzed too, and then provide some useful information for the follow-up engineering.The three basic principles for controlling the tunnel collapse are fast, accurate and steady. The Qiuqianping tunnel is an obvious demonstration for have not give the validly actions which leading the collapse again. So grabbing the fact, dealing with it in time and step by step are effective for the tunnel collapse.On the other hand, shotcrete-bolt support can be used as a temporary supporting to reinforce local rock mass stability, and also can be used as a permanent supporting for rock mass for additional stability of tunnel. Shotcrete-bolt support has unique effect to deal with collapse of tunnel and danger. Shotcrete-bolt support is effective to control development of destruction from minute destruction to tunnel collapse. It's very important to increase performance of shotcrete for increasing performance of shotcrete-bolt supporting. In the practice, the collocations of concrete will always be given by experiences or learning from someone else for some reasons; this unscientific method can not exert the function and may always bring waste for high resilient rate. In this paper,the high performance shotcrete is studied according to the method of orthogonal experimental design,and making comprehensive performance of shotcrete enhanced,and providing theoretical basis for the related studying and applications.
