The Design Of ZT95 Series Speed-adjustment Dc Motor

The ZT95 type speed-adjustment DC motor described in this text is a kind of DC motor has the domestic leading level of technology and uses advanced technology introduced from abroad. It has high speed regulation ratio(generally all about 2.5～4 times),very high multiple overload(generally about 2.5times),so this type of motor is the most difficult to design and manufacture. However, the speed regulation ratio of the main product Z710 series motor (armature diameter isφ990 mm) developed in our factory can not higher than 2.5 times, for the Z900 series (armature diameter isφ1240 mm), the speed regulation ratio can not higher than 2 times; The speed regulation ration for ZT95 speed-adjustment DC motor used in the coiling machine of steel plant, can reach to 3~4 times.
