In recent years, National nuclear power industry is developing rapidly and has broad prospects. However, National current nuclear power automation instrumentation level is much lower than the advanced country, the research in the relatively area is less. For these reasons, under the lead of Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, Shanghai Jiaotong University and Shanghai Automation Instrumentation Co.cooperation make some independent research in nuclear power digital control system, which has made some achievements.Nuclear power plant reactor is the key aspect of all the system.once have some problem, it will bring great threat to public life and property. The reactor generated heat by nuclear fission, so we often measure the reactor power level by observation of the process of "radiation" of nuclear fission.The primary function of nuclear radiation detectors is to make change of the signal enter the sensitive area of nuclear radiation detector into processing ignals which device can detect, such as electrical signals, optical signals, acoustic signals, thermal signals. Provide data and signals for operating personnel, conditioning and protection systems.The signal sended out by nuclear radiation detectors is extremely weak, so it needs the related components to zoom, de-noising. And then send the signal which meet the requirements of the width and amplitude into the analog input data processing card, through the conditioning, signal multiplier, A / D conversion, eventually send the digital signals which can identify by the control system.All the process required components to test signals accurately and rapidly.The series of process which include signal detection, transmission, conversion, processing play a crucial role in all the nuclear power control system. This paper introduce the common principles of nuclear radiation detectors,used area, and then describe the nuclear test signal measurement transmission processing, including pre-amplifier, main amplifier, single-channel analyzer, a linear rate of the table , analog input card processing card and other related pieces of the design and implementation, and finally gives the results of the simulation and debug to prove the correctness and effectiveness of the design. Instrumentation components for nuclear power development has provided some ideas.
