| It is a great technical problem for a long time in uranium mine and metallurgy to realize its technology effluent for recycling application and avoid or reduce to environment pollution. By adoption new kind of ion exchange resin with change and improvement the elution technology in this experiment, it was conformed by conditional experiment, bench scale experiment as well as in plot experiment to realize its feasibility.Experimental results indicate that:1)D363B resin shows very good adsorption property for the acid leached uranium solution in Qinglong uranium mine. Resin saturation capacity can reach to 50 mg.U/ml(wet). Uranium concentration in the after adsorbed solution can be controlled under 20mg/l.2)It can meet the technical requirements for used water closed recycle in recovery uranium process by adoption of sodium carbonate as elution reagent. Sodium carbonate concentration is 150g/l. This elution reagent has high elution efficiency and in the richen uranium solution has low impurities.3)Addition of 2BV sodium carbonate solution as new elution reagent can meet elution requirement. As a whole technology process, in solution recycle 2BV sodium carbonate was added in each tower elution process as new elution reagent. This part solution is very small portion of the recycle solution volume, which can be carried out to the discharged pile. It is not influence the balance of process solution.4)Technology is simple by using adsorbed uranium effluent as barren resin transfer reagent, which saves make up the transfer solution and transfer equipment.5)NaOH solution as precipitation reagent makes very high quality of the yellow cake.It can be concluded from experimental results that without influence of efficiency of whole technology, it was realized technology water closed recycle in extraction uranium separation process from acid leached solution. This technique is provided new kind method for solving effluent pollution problem in uranium mine and metallurgy process.
